Harold Dean Carnes, age 44, of Red Lick Road in Irvine passed away Thursday, October 13, 2011, at his home.He was born November 9, 1966 in Sacramento, California and was the son of Mary E. Rainer Carnes and the late Wayne Edward Carnes.He was a mason tender and had lived in Estill County for the past 13 years. He is survived by: His wife:Wendy K. Riley Carnes His mother:Mary e.
