Obituary for Gena W. Tipton
Gena Whitehead Tipton, age 52, of Reges Road in Irvine passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2014, at her home following a long illness.She was born February 10, 1962 in Hyden, KY and was the daughter of Virginia Lee Morgan Whitehead and the late Clifford Whitehead.She was a homemaker and had lived in Estill County most of her life.She is survived by: Her husband:Ricky Tipton Her mother:Virginia Lee Morgan Whitehead 1 Sister:Diane Sizemore Hyden 3 Brothers:Roy Lee Whitehead Winchester Roger Wade Whitehead Harlan Randy Richard Whitehead Hyden Several nieces and nephews Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 22, 1 PM at the Grassy Branch Church in Hyden.Burial will be at the Whitehead Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Friday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home and after 11 AM Saturday at the Grassy Branch Church.
