Gary Wayne Muncie, age 68, of Judy Lane in Irvine passed away Thursday, August 7, 2014, at the Compassionate Care Center following a short illness.He was born May 5, 1946 in Estill County and was the son of the late Clarence Muncie and Maude Rison Muncie Tipton.He was retired from Dayton Power and Light and was a former member of the National Guard.He is survived by: His wife:Vicki Lynn Crider Muncie 2 Sons:Robbie Muncie ; wife, Krissy Estill Co. Michael Muncie ; wife, Kristi Estill Co. 2 Sisters:Ima Jean McIntosh ; husband, Leroy N. Carolina Faye Tipton ; husband, James Ohio 2 Brothers:Rev. Jimmy Leon Muncie ; wife, Sharon Winchester Bill Tipton ; wife, Lisa Ohio 2 Brothers-in-law:Royce Ashcraft Louisville Dave Markwell Ohio 5 Grandchildren:McKeely Jade Muncie, Michael Chase Muncie, Maci Elizabeth Muncie, Lexi McKay Muncie and Preslee Morgan Muncie He was preceded in death by 3 sisters; Judy Ashcraft, Brenda Sue Markwell and Margaret (Ray) Stamper, 1 brother, Bud Tipton and his step-father, Berlin Tipton. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, August 12, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Jimmy Leon Muncie.Burial will be at the West Irvine Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and9 PM Monday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
