Obituary for Gary Arnold "Bud" Cornett
Gary Arnold “Bud” Cornett, age 69, of Glass Pike in Stamping Ground, passed away Friday, January 21, 2022, at the Baptist Health in Lexington following a short illness. He was born November 13, 1952 in Letcher County and was the son of the late Cleo and Josephine Halcomb Cornett. He retired after working as an engineer for 37 years at IBM. He is survived by:

3 sons: Tyler Clay (Kate) Cornett - Campbell Co.
Phillip (Carrie) Treadway - Estill Co.
Craig (Olivia) Morgan - Estill Co.
8 grandchildren: Kaley Treadway, Dakota Morgan, Lydia Morgan, Reinhold Cornett, Kairi Deming, Kendall Deming, Ryan Freeman and Kayden Freeman
1 great grandchild: Ashlyn Bailey
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, January 25, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ben Penny officiating. Burial will be at the Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Funeral Home.
