Eva Faye Miller, age 93, of Northside Drive in Midway, passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at her home following a long illness. She was born December 5, 1931, in South Irvine and was the daughter of the late James Rice McGee and Nannie Catherine Noland McGee. She was a homemaker and former teacher. She was a member of the Episcopal Church of Our Saviour in Richmond and had lived in Estill County most of her life. She is survived by:

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Scott Miller, 3 sisters, Anna (James) Baber, Ina Ruth (William) Powell, Lena (Raymond) Neikirk, and 2 brothers, Oakley (George Ann) McGee and James O. (Doris) McGee.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, November 22, 12 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Adrian McKinney officiating. Burial will be at the South Irvine Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 11 AM to 12 PM.
