Ernest Cue Brinegar, Jr., age 56, of North Plum Street in Irvine passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2017, at the Markey Cancer Center following a long illness. He was born June 19, 1960 in Estill County and was the son of the late Ernest C. Brinegar and Agnes Gray Brinegar Means. He was a welder and had lived in Estill County most of his life. He is survived by: His wife: Charmaine Williams Brinegar 3 Daughters: Charlene Kirk Madison Co. Jessica Brandenburg Estill Co. Ida Mae Brinegar Estill Co. 1 Son: Ernest Brinegar, III Estill Co. 4 Sisters: Connie Ferguson Ohio Malissa Riddell Estill Co. Rebecca Willis Madison Co. Tina Kelly Estill Co. 2 Brothers: Herman Brinegar Estill Co. Timothy Brinegar Estill Co. 10 Grandchildren Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 11, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Jeff Ferguson. Friends may call after 11 AM Saturday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
