Ella Frances Perry Bartlett, age 69, of Perry Woods Way in Indianapolis, Indiana passed away Friday, October 4, 2013, at the St. Francis Hospital after a long illness.She was born March 9, 1944 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Arthur and Julia Marcum Perry.She was a former manager of the Village Pantry and had lived in Indiana most of her life.She was a United States Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.She is survived by: Her husband:Burton Samuel Bartlett 1 Daughter:Julia Roseann Martin Columbus, GA 1 Son:Richard Burton Bartlett Indianapolis 4 Grandchildren:Richard Burton Bartlett, Jr., Kylee Bartlett, Samantha Jo Bartlett and Zachary Martin 1 Great Grandchild:Gracie Uncle ; Aunt:Claud ; Janet Jones Special Friends:Rose Bell and Carol Hunter Funeral services will be conducted Monday, October 7, 12 Noon at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Beverly Arvin.Burial will be at the Campbell Cemetery.Friends may call after 10 AM Monday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
