Elizabeth Cox Rowland, age 92, of Britton Drive in Piqua, Ohio passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, January 25, 2015, at the Piqua Manor.She was born May 28, 1922 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late William and Mary Moore Cox.She was a retired cook and had lived in Estill County most of her life.She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Rowland.She is survived by: Her daughter:Rhonda Jean Wood ; husband, William Piqua, OH 1 Sister:Eva Cornett Ravenna 1 Grandchild:Toni Marie Billings Schmidt ; husband, Curtis Piqua, OH 2 Great-Grandchildren:Piper Elizabeth Schmidt and Jayde Rochelle Wood She was preceded in death by 1 sister, Emma Cox Daniels and 2 brothers; Raymond and Lester Cox. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, January 28, 11 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel.Burial will be at the South Irvine Cemetery.Friends may call after 10 AM Wednesday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
