Earl Wayne Bishop Jr., age 55, of Wisemantown Road in Irvine, passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at the Marcum and Wallace Hospital following a long illness. He was born October 5, 1968, in Estill County and was the son of Earl Wayne Bishop Sr. and Carolyn Sue Scenters Bishop. He was a Welder and of the Holliness Faith. He had lived in Estill County for all of his life. In addition to his parents, he is survived by:

1 nephew: Micah (Karleigh) Bishop
2 great nephews: Lucian King and Connor Bishop

He was preceded in death by his sister, Penelope “Penny” Faith Bishop
A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, February 17, 2 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. David Hager officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 12 to 2 PM.
