Dwayne Kevin Horn, age 56, of Winchester Road in Irvine, KY, passed away Friday, February 13, 2026, at his home. He was born October 9, 1969, in Richmond, KY, son of Wanda Lene Thomas Horn and the late Dextral Horn. He was a construction worker with Horn Excavating and Trucking and was a member of the Beech Grove Baptist Church. He had lived in Estill County all his life. He is survived by:

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, February 17, 1:00 PM, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Chris Winkler with burial to follow in the West Irvine Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6:00 – 8:30 PM Monday.
