Douglas Lee Riley, age 69, of Madison Mobile Home Park in Richmond, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at the Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington. He was born December 25, 1956, in Lewis County and was the son of the late James Fedders and Mildred Riley. He worked in Construction and he was a United States Marine Corps Veteran. He was also a member of the Living Waters Sanctuary in Berea, and he had lived in Madison County for most of his life. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Riley, and he is survived by:

Jimmy (Lorean) Riley - Montgomery Co.
Shawn (Melissa) Riley - Madison Co.
2 sisters: Margie Walters - Madison Co.
Judy Carpenter - Madison Co.
1 brother: David Butch Riley - Rockcastle Co.
10 grandchildren: Makayla Holt, Ahriston Thomas, Abigail Brewster, Victoria Riley, Logan Riley, Jordan Riley, Skyler Riley, Mason Riley, Miles Riley, and Maeve Riley

In addition to his parents and his wife, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Tom Riley and Gary Riley
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 14, 3 PM, at the Better Burgers and More Restaurant located at 952 Red House Road Richmond, KY 40475
