Dora “Honey” Neal Henry, age 94, of North Court Street in Irvine, passed away Monday, September 8, 2025, at Morning Point in Richmond following a short illness. She was born November 9, 1930, in Estill County, and was the daughter of the late Frank Neal and Betty Campbell Neal. She was a former Estill County Clerk and a member of the Irvine First Church of God. She had lived in Estill County for all her life. She is survived by:

Tony Wayne (Missy) Henry - Winchester
4 sisters: Zora Hay - Louisville
Lucille Harrison - Irvine
Tenny Hisel - Ohio
Eunice Hall - Ohio
1 brother: Roy Neal - Ohio
5 grandchildren: Elizabeth Henry Walling, Richard Ryan Henry, Trevin Henry, Kenra Henry Carson, and Kenzie Wilder

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, September 15, 11 AM, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Eric Patrick officiating. Burial will be at the Oakdale Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 6 to 9 PM.
