Dollie Patton Newman, age 83, of Moore Cemetery Road in Irvine passed away Sunday, February 5, 2012, at her home following a long illness.She was born February 11, 1928 in Lee County and was the daughter of the late Silas Dee and Stella Brandenburg Patton.She was a homemaker and attended the Ravenna Church of God.She had lived in Estill County most of her life.She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Newman.She is survived by: 2 Daughters:Fonda Kelley ; husband, G.B. Estill Co. Wilma Kelly ; husband, Raymond Estill Co. 1 Son:Doug Newman ; wife, Lori Estill Co. Her daughter-in-law:JoAnn Newman Madison Co. 6 Grandchildren 12 Step-Grandchildren 3 Great Grandchildren Several Step-Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by 1 son, Kenneth Newman and 5 sisters; Zora Dunaway, Rhoda Stamper, Martha Barbee, Bonnie Lynch and Kathern Relford and 6 brothers; Leslie, Fred, Jerry, Mooney, Charlie and Ralph Patton. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, February 9, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Beverly Arvin and Bro. Willy HargusGordon.Burial will be at the Roberts Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Wednesday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
