Diane S. Arvin, age 69, of Crooked Creek Road in Irvine passed away Friday, October 7, 2016 at her home. She was born August 24, 1947 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Aaron and Alberta Muncie Smithers. She was a KMA with the Irvine Nursing ; Rehabilitation Center and a member of the Crooked Creek Christian Church. She was also a member of the Eastern Star and had lived in Estill County all of her life. She is survived by: Her husband: Dwight Edward Arvin 2 Daughters: Jackie Thacker ; husband, Jim Irvine Kyle McIntosh ; husband, Randy Irvine 2 Sons: Buddy Ray Arvin ; wife, Charlotte Irvine John Edward Arvin Irvine 4 Sisters: Donna Miller Keavy Connie Lugar ; husband, Frank Florida CarolSissy SmithersFlorida Elizabeth ChildersFlorida 2 Brothers: Larry Smithers ; wife, Freda Corbin Scott Smithers Keavy 8 Grandchildren 3 Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by 1 daughter, Elizabeth Faye Arvin, 1 son, Dwight Dale Arvin, 1 sister, Mary Sue Hardinand 2 brothers, John and David Smithers. Memorial services will be conducted at a later date. Warren F. Toler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
