Dennis Lee Ousley, age 79, of Old Boonesboro Road in Winchester, passed away Monday, January 1, 2024, at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset following a long illness. He was born March 10, 1944, in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, a son of the late Orville B. and Alvie Stephens Ousley. He retired from Bosch Rexroth where he was a Manufacturing Engineer and Toolmaker. He had lived in Estill County most his life. He was preceded in death by his wife, Verlon Edwards Ousley. He is survived by:

In addition to his parents and spouse, he was also preceded in death by 2 brothers: Billy Ray Ousley and James Thomas Ousley.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, January 5th, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Tommy Edwards with burial to follow in the West Irvine Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 11 AM – 1 PM at the funeral home.
