Debra Ann Toler Lowe, age 69, of Riddell Court in Irvine, passed away Sunday, July 21, 2024, at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond following a brave battle with cancer. She was born November 14, 1954, in Clark County and was the daughter of Elizabeth Ann Honshell Toler and the late Rev. Warren F. Toler, Sr.
Debbie worked in property management for many years and retired as a regional property manager with NDC Real Estate. She was a member of the Ravenna Nazarene Church and a former member of the Green County Homemakers. Debbie was a gifted artist and crafter and many of her family and friends have received a special piece of her handiwork over the years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Lowe, and is survived by:

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, July 24, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home with Bro. Jason Barnett officiating. Burial will be at the West Irvine Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 11 AM to 1 PM.
