Danny Anderson Curtis, age 72, of George Street in Irvine, passed away Thursday, August 15, 2024, at his home following a long illness. He was born March 18, 1952, in Ohio and was the son of the late George Anderson and Beulah Rose Richardson Curtis. He served in the United Sates Army and retired from EnerSys. He had lived in Estill County most of his life. He is survived by:

4 grandchildren: Suzan Johnson, Elijah Johnson, Conner Howard, and Braiden Howard
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Oakley Curtis.
A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, August 24, 4 PM, at 149 Hilltop Road in Irvine with Bro. Buford Powell officiating. The Warren F. Toler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
