Clarence Wallace Sr., age 95, of Winston Road in Irvine, passed away Sunday, October 1st, 2023, at his home following a long illness. He was born March 9, 1928, in Morehead, Kentucky and was the son of the late Elick and Sarah Hicks Wallace. He was a retired Logger, Construction Worker, Farmer, and Sawmill Owner. He was of the Baptist Faith, and he had lived in Estill County for most of his life. He is survived by:

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 daughter, Pauline Ratliff, 2 sons, Billy Ray Wallace and Gerald Wallace, 4 sisters, Barbara Black, Margaret Mynhier, Bessie Webb, and Alberta Smith, and 5 brothers, Sylvon “Pete”, William, Lloyd, Chalmer, and Melvin Wallace.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, October 4, 11 AM, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bill VanWinkle officiating. Burial will be at the Wallace Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 6 to 9 PM.
