Charmaine Yvonne Brinegar, age 63, of North Plum Street in Irvine, passed away Friday, November 7, 2025, at the University of Kentucky Hospital following a long illness. She was born February 4, 1962, in Dayton, Ohio, and was the daughter of the late Roy Ensil Williams and Charlene Mescher Williams. She was a Caregiver and of the Baptist Faith. She had lived in Estill County for most of her life. Charmaine was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Cue Brinegar Jr., and she is survived by:

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Rodney Williams and Stephen Williams
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, 1 PM, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 11 AM to 1 PM.
