Obituary for Charlie "Dobbin" Isaacs, Jr.
Charlie Allen 'Dobbin' Isaacs, Jr., age 45, of Marcum Road in Irvine passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at his home following a long illness.He was born January 18, 1970 in Estill County and was the son of Charlie Allen and Virginia Mae Estes Isaacs. He was a former brick layer and attended the Drip Rock Baptist Church.He had lived in Estill County all of his life.Survivors in addition to his parents include: 2 Sisters:Becky Tipton ; husband, Steve Estill Co. Brenda Isaacs Estill Co. 1 Half-Brother:Richard Lee Isaacs Estill Co. 1 Nephew:Stevie Tipton Great Niece:Lacey Tipton Great Nephew:Allen Clay Tipton Other family member:Pam Bradley He was preceded in death by 1 sister, Karen Isaacs. Graveside services will be conducted Thursday, July 30, 1 PM at the Marcum Cemetery by Bro. Ricky Isaacs.Warren F. Toler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
