Charles Wayne Neal, age 68, of Main Street in Ravenna, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2024, at the Marcum and Wallace Hospital following a short illness. He was born June 2, 1955, in Madison County and was the son of the late Chester B. Neal and Lena Mae McIntosh Neal. He was the owner of Neals Auto Center and he had lived in Estill County all his life. He is survived by:

1 grandchild: Colton Darbyshire
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 son, Daniel Dale Plowman Jr., and 2 brothers, Chester Eugene Neal and William Ernest Neal.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, May 14, 11 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jerry Rose officiating. Burial will be at the McIntosh-Neal Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 6 to 8 PM.
