Obituary for Boyd Jenkins
Boyd Jenkins, age 79, of Red Lick Road in Irvine passed away Monday, April 7, 2014, at the Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center following a long illness.He was born July 27, 1934 in Estill County and was the son of the late Lonnie Morgan and Pebble Rice Jenkins.He was retired from the Estill County School System and was a member of the Beech Grove Baptist Church.He was a former President of the Estill County Sportsman Club and had lived in Estill County all of his life.He is survived by: His wife:Madonna Brandenburg Jenkins 1 Son:Wesley Boyd Jenkins ; wife, Jerri Estill Co. 1 Sister:Gertrude Combs Estill Co. 3 Grandchildren:Kylie Morgan Jenkins, Trenton Jenkins and Trevor Jenkins Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, April 10, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Kevin Turpin.Burial will be at the Joe Miller Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Wednesday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Hospice Care Plus.
