Obituary for Bobbye Joyce McConkey
MCCONKEY, Bobbye Joyce age 88, of Kettering, Ohio passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at Ohio Hospice of Dayton. She was born April 16, 1933 in Mason County, Kentucky and was the daughter of the late James Harold and Rubye Roberson Crawford. She was preceded in death by her late husband John Alton McConkey. She is survived by: 4 daughters, June Anne Runyon (David), Atlanta, Georgia, Shelley Crawford McConkey (Jan Williams), Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, Margaret Elliott Yohe (Thomas), Centerville, Ohio, Sarah Elizabeth Bennett (Michael), Louisville, Kentucky; 1 son John Michael McConkey (Trish), Lexington, Kentucky; 10 grandchildren Mark Runyon (Ellen), Ashley Runyon Aitkin (Richie), Eric McConkey, Caroline McConkey, Laurel Yohe, Patrick Yohe, Abbey Yohe, Scott Yohe, Ethan Bennett, Emily Bennett Bowling (David); 4 great children Marlowe Runyon, Raymond Runyon, Hunter Aitkin, Trey Aitkin. Services will be held Saturday, April 2, at 12:30 at Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. Friends may call from 11 AM Saturday until time of service. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Humane Society of your choice.
