Bobby Gale Hoover, age 66, of Ridge Road in Irvine passed away Sunday, June 25, 2017, at his home following a long illness. He was born February 24, 1951 in Estill County and was the son of the late Roscoe Hoover and Opal Stevens Reece. He was a concrete mason and attended the New Bethel Baptist Church #2. He had lived in Estill County most of his life. He is survived by: His wife: Janice Marie McKinney Hoover 1 Daughter: Heather Hoover Morris Irvine 3 Sons: Robert Glenn Hoover Irvine Richard Dale Hoover Irvine Christopher Paul Hoover Irvine 2 Step-Daughters: Tina McKinney Irvine Melissa McKinney Lewis Irvine 3 Sisters: Jeanette Newman McKinney Ohio Freda Abner Ohio Christine Jordan Irvine 3 Brothers: Billy Douglas Newman Frankfort Danny Dale Hoover Irvine Donald Howard Hoover Irvine 10 Grandchildren 7 Step-Grandchildren He was preceded in death by 1 son, Mitchell Monroe Hoover, 2 sisters: Norma Elliott, Molly Harp and 4 brothers; Stanley Ray Newman, Charles Roger Reece, Ralph Hoover, Roscoe Hoover and Step Parents, Donna Mae Hoover and Charlie Reece. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, June 28, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Wayne Knopp. Burial will be at the New Bethel Cemetery. Friends may call after 11 AM Wednesday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
