Bobby Clinton 'Shorty' Isaacs, II, age 44, of Cow Creek Road in Ravenna passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2015, at the Compassionate Care Center following a long illness.He was born September 20, 1971 in Estill County and was the son of Bobby C. and Judy Watson Isaacs.He was an employee of Isaacs Lumber and a member of the Pine Hill Baptist Church.He had lived in Estill County all of his life. Survivors in addition to his father and mother include: 2 Sisters:Jennifer Wiseman ; husband, Jay Estill Co. Carol Ann Isaacs Estill Co. 2 Brothers:Ricky Isaacs ; wife, Shirley Lee Co. Jeff Isaacs ; wife, Tonya Estill Co. 4 Nephews:Corey Isaacs, Jeffery Isaacs, Jon Isaacs and Buster Isaacs 1 Niece:Lynn Isaacs Several great-nieces and nephews Funeral services will be conducted Friday, October 2, 11 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Ricky Isaacs and Bro. Larry Frymyer.Burial will be at the West Irvine Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Thursday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
