Billy Russell Wagers, age 53, of Regis Road in Irvine passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2013, at his home following a battle with cancer.He was born April 13, 1960 in Estill County and was the son of the late Harry C. Wagers and Bessie Wagers Johnson.He was a farmer and an employee of the Madison County Stockyards and the Lancaster Stockyards.He is survived by: His companion:Charleen Robinson 3 sisters:Linda Sue Wagers Bunch Estill Co. Betty Brinegar ; husband, Kenneth Madison Co. Joyce Martin ; husband, Pat Estill Co. 1 half-brother:Harry B. Wagers ; wife, Betty Ohio His chosen grandson:Wesley Johns 4 nephews:Gene Allen Bunch, Jr., Kenneth F. Brinegar, Jr., Michael P. Martin and Stuart A. Martin 3 great-nephews:Cody Bunch, Travis Bunch and Tucker Martin Funeral services will be conducted Friday, January 3, 11 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Robert Johns.Burial will be at the Boian Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Thursday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home. Pallbearers:Kenneth F. Brinegar, Sr., Patrick D. Martin, Kenneth F.
