Billy Ray Stepp, age 76, of South Winn in Irvine passed away Friday, May 3, 2013, at Baptist Health after a short illness.He was born March 20, 1937 in Madison County and was the son of the late Robert and Jessie McIntosh Stepp.He was a retired foreman with Allen Construction Company and a member of the Providence Baptist Church.He had lived in Estill County all of his life.He is survived by: His wife of 57 years:Carolyn Clay Thomas Stepp 3 Sons:Kenneth Stepp ; wife Rose, Stanton Marty Stepp ; wife Susan, Irvine Joey Stepp, Irvine 2 Sisters:Floretta Robertson, Hamilton, OH Geraldine Scrivner, Irvine 2 Brothers:Earnest Stepp, Hamilton, OH Lawrence Stepp, Richmond 5 Grandchildren 9 Great Grandchildren Funeral services will be conducted Monday, May 6, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Bill Meece and Bro. Tommy Thomas.Burial will be at the Turpin Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Sunday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
