Billy Hiram Hall, age 89, of Turpin Ridge in Irvine, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2023, at his home following a long illness. He was born February 2, 1934, in Estill County and was the son of the late R.J. and Dollie Tuttle Hall. He served in the National Guards and was a retired brick mason. He was an avid coon hunter and was a member of the Coon Hunters Association. He was a member of the Providence Baptist Church and had lived in Estill Co. most of his life. He is survived by:

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Lowell, David, Wayne, and Norman Hall.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, July 6, 11 AM at the Providence Baptist Church with Bro. Bill VanWinkle, Bro. Tim Roberts, and Bro. Keith Weldon officiating. Burial will be at the Turpin Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 6 to 9 PM at the Church.
