Beulah Elizabeth Witt Fox Hall, age 93, a resident of the Irvine Nursing and Rehabilitation Center passed away Thursday, July 17, 2014, at the Center following a long illness.She was born February 12, 1921 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Henry and Mary Lucy Richardson Witt.She was a homemaker, a former school bus driver and former Book Mobile driver.She was a member of the Waco Baptist Church, the Eastern Star and a former member of the White Shrine.She was preceded in death by her husbands, Lloyd Fox and Troy Hall.She is survived by: 1 Daughter:Phyllis Jane Davidson ; husband, Earnest Irvine 1 Son:Harry Dale Fox ; wife, Mary Alva Ravenna 2 Step-Daughters:Sheila Fox Georgetown Shirley Phelps Winchester 9 Grandchildren 13 Great Grandchildren 6 Great-Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by 1 daughter, Janice Eudell Hamblin, 3 sisters; Edith Tuttle, Annie Fox, Doretta Brooks and 1 brother, Burt Witt. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, July 21, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Dennis Williams, Bro. Fred Livingood and Bro. Lloyd Fox.Burial will be at the Hoover Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Sunday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
