Bertha Mae Puckett, age 84, of Dry Branch Road in Irvine passed away Thursday, October 4, 2012, at the Baptist Health in Richmond.She was born September 6, 1928 in Estill County and was the daughter of the late Elihu and Elizabeth Powell West.She was a homemaker and a member of the West Bend First Church of God.She had lived in Estill County all of her life.She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Joe A. Puckett, Jr.She is survived by: 5 Daughters:Patricia Long Irvine Sharon Parks Irvine Diana PuckettIrvine Marilyn Dunaway Irvine Teresa Powell Irvine 1 Son:Joie Lee Puckett California 16 Grandchildren 20 Great Grandchildren Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, October 7, 2 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Glennis Sizemore and Rev. James H. Combs.Burial will be at the Puckett Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Saturday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
