Barbara Etta Price Mainous, age 81, a resident of the Irvine Nursing ; Rehabilitation Center passed away Monday, July 21, 2014, at the Marcum ; Wallace Memorial Hospital after a long illness.Barbara was born April 5, 1933 to Andy and Ada Price of Lee County, Kentucky.She was a member of the Williams Memorial Baptist Church, a former member of the Irvine City Council and the Eastern Star.Survivors include: 2 Daughters:Ada Rene' West (Otis) Irvine Marti Dawn Mainous-Chilcoat (Jim) Irvine 1 Son:Michael Wilson Mainous Irvine 5 Grandchildren:Carey Johnson(Frankfort), Stacey Bruce(Florence),Brent Mainous, Steven Mainous and Kirsten West(all of Irvine) 6 Great Grandchildren 2 Sisters:Billie Sandlin Miamisburg, OH Ruby Golden Dayton, OH Several nieces and nephews Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, Wilson Lazarus Mainous, daughter, Diane (Mainous) Johnson, brother, Russell Price, sisters, Bettye Tyree, Judy Hopkins and Reba Judd. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, July 24, 11 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Jerry Rose.Burial will be at the Mainous Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Wednesday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
