Andrew Crevin Banks, age 67, of S. Winn Avenue in Irvine passed away Friday, March 2, 2012, at the Central Baptist Hospital after a short illness.He was born August 7, 1944 in Letcher County and was the son of Charlena Creech Fields and the late Cecil Banks.He was a retired engineer with CSX Railroad and was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.He was a United States Army veteran and had lived in Estill County most of his life.He is survived by: His wife:Sharon Frazier Banks His mother:Charlena Creech Fields Beaver Dam His Daughter:Andrea Banks Estill Co. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, March 5, 2 PM at the Defeated Creek Regular Baptist Church in Linefork, Kentucky by Bro. Elwood Cornett, Bro. Roger Fields ; Bro. Keith Sands.Burial will be at the Frazier Cemetery.Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Sunday at the Calvary Baptist Church in Irvine where there will be an 8 PM memorial service.There will also be visitation from 1 to 2 PM Monday at the Defeated Creek Regular Baptist Church.
