Obituary for Achie F. Walling
Achie F. Walling, age 91, of Hamilton, Ohio passed away Monday, July 22, 2013 at his home following a sudden illness. He was born January 19, 1922 in Estill County and was a son of the late James S. and Rhoda Abner Walling. He was a Union Carpenter and had lived in Ohio most of his life. He was a member of the Baptist Church and was a United States Army Veteran of World War II. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mabel Gilbert Walling. He is survived by: One Sister: Ruth M. Stone, Estill County One Brother: Robert Walling, Columbus, Ohio He was preceded in death by two sisters: Louise Barnett and Betty Walling; and two brothers: James Ray Walling and John Walling. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 25, 2013 at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home chapel by Bro. Forrest Turpin. Burial will follow in South Irvine Cemetery. Friends may call between 6 and 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
